Ford English axle rear disk brake conversion - to suit Mk1 Escort Mk1 Cortina Anglia - or any car with an English rear axle. Fitted this to my Mk1 Cortina and only took it off (after basically only driving up the road) because it widens the track by the thickness of the disks (my car has 7J rear wheels that already nearly touch the wheel arches with drums) - it worked a treat, fitted really nicely but I really like my current wheels so took it off straight away as the extra width made the tyres rub. Worked fine with the master cylinder that I'm running Capri 2.8i front brakes with. 2 x new Fiesta Mk1 solid disks.

2 x new Sierra Cosworth Calipers (and full set of new pads). 2 x Bolt on caliper brackets.

4 x Caliper to bracket bolts. 6 x longer half shaft bolts (to hold the caliper brackets on). 1 x'y' shaped handbrake cable assembly. Also included extras (that didn't come with the original kit) are some nice'aeroquip' hoses that I had made up (with banjo and metric fittings), a couple of laser cut plates to replace the thickness of the brake drum when re-fitting the half shaft covers and a metric to imperial'T' union.
