Genuine Ford Cortina Mk2 / Mk3 handbrake lever. This has a unique metal grip with adjustable end dials.

Previously used on a kit car, however the adjustable end function is unknown. It has three separate rotating dials presumably for in car adjustment or brake bias but there is not internal cable running to these.
